R.I.P Cde Eileen Sawyer

Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition mourns the death of veteran human rights activist Eileen Sawyer, who passed away on Friday the 10th of August 2012 after a short illness.
Sawyer was the founding Director of the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum before handing over to current Director Abel Chikomo and the former Chair of the Legal Resources Foundation.
At the time of her death Sawyer was still dedicated to the fight for the protection and promotion of human rights in Zimbabwe.
Her devotion and remorseless determination to ensure justice for all will be gravely missed.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
